DuelReflex is run by one person. Email is the only channel, and it is read.
Useful things to include
- Bug reports — which test, which browser, and whether you were on a phone, a trackpad, a mouse or a keyboard. Timing bugs are usually device-specific.
- A result that looks wrong — the number you saw and what you expected. Please read the methodology page first; several surprising results are explained there.
- Corrections — particularly on the animal strike windows, which are approximations and are meant to be challenged.
Privacy of what you send
Emails are used only to answer you. They are not added to any mailing list and nothing is stored on the site as a result of your writing in.
